This 3-5 day assessment brings an experienced assessor to your destination to determine which “product” strategy options are possible and which are recommended specifically to attract your ideal customers.
The assessment examines both the healthcare, accommodation, airport infrastructure, and supporting vendors and suppliers, current health and tourism and immigration policy in the context of health tourism business development.
Linkages are examined including cluster operations, mission, governance, procedures, standards, as well as quotation management, medical records transfer and dissemination. Key related healthcare advertising laws, badging programs, and marketing tactical plans are also evaluated.
