Section 3309. Elimination of Cost Sharing for Certain Dual Eligible Individuals

Effective on a date specified by the Secretary (but in no case earlier than January 1, 2012), reduces cost-sharing for institutionalized dual-eligibles who would be institutionalized if they were not receiving services under a home and community-based waiver or services provided through enrollment in a Medicaid managed care organization.

Effective on a date to be specified by the Secretary though no earlier than January 1, 2012.
