Section 1301. Special Rules to provide, pay for, provide coverage of, or refer for abortions based on religious or moral beliefs

Protects health care providers or health care facilities against discrimination based on their willingness or unwillingness to provide, pay for, provide coverage of, or refer for abortions based on religious or moral beliefs.

Effective for plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2014.
